Web UI/UX Design for Branding

I'm looking for a skilled UI/UX designer who can help me take my project from concept to reality. The project is focused on creating a unique and effective web design that strongly reflects my brand identity.
The platform will feature a chat system for user-freelancer communication with file sharing and payment gateway, a robust filter system, and streamlined sign-up processes for users, freelancers, and agencies. It includes additional verification, ratings and reviews, language preferences, order management, and a referral program. Users can access a help section, custom offers, and location services. Advanced features include AI recommendations, analytics, subscription plans, and secure payments. Admin tools for monitoring, review moderation, and managing flagged content ensure platform integrity. The platform supports multi-language, premium subscriptions, and offers both basic and advanced user interfaces.
Total of 30-40 design components will be there
Key project requirements:
- Design a user-friendly and visually appealing UI for a web platform
