Web App for Employees

Hi, I'm looking for someone to build a web app (perhaps wordpress?) to help us better manage our employees. The app we need should be an Information Management System, with the capacity to be customized for our specific needs. We aren't sure at this time if we need a secure login system or not, but as the project progresses that may change. If you think you can build something to fit my needs then please do get in touch.

Main functions for our administration:
1) messages to and from employees (HR matters)
2) orders for workwear
3) working hours
4) vacation request / days
5) sick days
6) registration as user for every employee with mail/name
