UI/UX Web-App Designer to design new website template for our product

I am looking for a UI/UX Web-App Designer to help us design some new pages for our product. Our product is a turn-key solution to a website for your freelance business. We are looking to add the ability for freelancer to add additional pages, and want to get templates in place so they don't have to do any drag and drop or designing themselves.
