WORD document template (corporate style)

As a busy professional company we need an efficient and consistent way to quickly create reports. I'm looking to have a custom WORD document template created for research proposals for winning business, and for reports with research outputs. This template must be professional and corporate in style, so that it conveys the right message to stakeholders. It should include our company logo and the associated corporate colour scheme. I have a logo and a corporate colour scheme already, so that can be used as part of the template. My ultimate aim is to be able to quickly and efficiently create reports that match the corporate style that I wish to project.
I can provide a few example reports to suitable candidates. In short, our reports tend to include Headings, sub headings and sub-sub headings. Diagrams (some standard and replicated, some ad hoc). These are often used to show project flows and staged processes or possibly to represent consumer segments / consumer types (with different characteristics). So some standard diagrams / graphics will also be required.
