I need a full-function membership website for webcarhookup.com where car dealers can create an account, pay for a subscription, and instantly appear in a state-filtered directory.

Core functions I must see live: MEMBERSHIP SITE
• Dealer profile management that lets each dealership log in and update its own logo, contact info, photos, and specials without touching code.
• Stripe, PayPal, or comparable gateway for recurring subscription billing—monthly and annual plans, coupon support, and automated renewal notices.
• A public “Find a Dealer” page that shows only the visitor’s chosen state, with keyword search and clickable map or dropdown. No nationwide search is needed beyond that.
• Automatic approval on sign-up so a dealer becomes visible the moment payment clears.

From the admin side I should be able to:
– Add or edit states, pricing tiers, and featured listings.
– View, suspend, or delete accounts.
– Export user and payment data to CSV.
