Visualizers needed to design e-cards for multiple campaigns

We need Visualizers/Designers to make e-cards based on our concept. Example: Birthday Him card, so it goes from Her to Him. The card will have a message which is a copy and the design and music to match.

We will give the concept. The person has to have the intelligence to make it.
The Video (e-card) duration - Maximum of 30 secs
The static card - one or two pages.
