Visual design a report

I am looking for a skilled visual designer to create a visually appealing business report. The report should have a corporate and professional visual style. I have some specific elements and data that need to be included in the report, but I would also like the freelancer's input on additional elements.
There is no writing included. This is only a visual design project. Freelancer will be provided with a word document and a PDF file.
The word document needs to be designed based on the similar design of the PDF file.
Due in 3 days.
Total pay 30 euros.
Full payment upon completion of the project.
