We’re launching a 13-week 5S implementation plan focused on field areas — specifically targeting Sort, Set in Order, and Shine.
We’re looking for a talented designer or Lean consultant to translate our technical roadmap into a clean, creative one-page visual guide.
- What We Need You to Create: ( following the guideline which will be share with you)
A single-page visual implementation sheet that clearly explains and illustrates:
- Flowchart of 5S Phases (from initiation to assessment)
- 13-Week Timeline (highlighting key milestones)
- Red Tag Event Process (step-by-step visuals) ( it will required from you to design it)
- Zone Maps + Quarantine Area Design (layout will be share with you to mark the location )
- Signage & Labeling Concepts (shadow boards, floor markings – bilingual: English & Arabic)
- What You’ll Get from Us: ( I will be available time from 20:00 to 05:00 Oman Time)
A full, detailed roadmap with all technical content
Support in understanding any point
- You Are a Great Fit If You:
Have experience in Lean, 5S, or Operational Excellence
Know how to create visual tools for industrial settings
Can design clear, multilingual layouts (English)
