UI Visual Designs (preferably in Figma) for a commercial Web app

Take our existing wireframe concepts, build them into high fidelity visual designs, following our style guide (with existing examples available to follow). Raise any UX concerns, contribute ideas to solving them. We are use Figma for our high fidelity screens/visual assets. We are a growing company with several Webapps. We don't have a specific project to post yet, but have several projects in the pipeline and I want to find UI designers who could assist and what rates of pay they are looking for. If possible, I'm keen to find someone in the North East England (UK) region who might be able to occasionally travel to our office.
