Visual Designer needed to design and develop E-Learning Content

I am looking for a visual designer who can design and develop interactive modules for E-Learning content. The content will be hosted on a preferred LMS platform.
Requirements:

- Understanding of instructional design principles
- Ability to create engaging and interactive content for professionals
