Visual UI Designer for touch screen application

We are a company specialized in the laser diode field and we mainly provide drivers for our customers. Along with our products, we also give a computer software to operate them.
We are currently developing a new embedded user interface on a touchscreen. This software is a light version of the computer user interface.
We are looking for a UI Designer to design this new user interface. They will work with our development team (junior software engineer and CTO) and start off with a first raw prototype already designed.
The role of the UI Designer will be to reshape, optimize, and add a designed-value of the current prototype. The UI Designer will propose a beautiful designed interface that our computer development team will be able to implement (high fidelity wireframe). The design must match the company politics and brand and meet the usability needs (readability, ergonomics…).
What we are looking for :
- Someone used to iterative work, the software is still in development and the software functionality may evolve.
- Someone open to feedbacks and ready to adapt.
- Someone able to propose :
o different UI design for first sketches (computer-assisted or manual drawings)
o at the end a high fidelity wireframe based on feedbacks
