We are seeking the expertise of a skilled design and creative team to visually depict a professional town square application and its key features. This dynamic platform aims to bring together a Saas company [ex: salesforce, oracle etc], individual skilled resources in the company's technology, current customers seeking support in that technology, organizations evaluating the technology, and certified partner organizations of the Saas company. The application serves as a collaborative space for sharing knowledge, expertise, and solutions within the industry ecosystem.
Project Overview:Our goal is to create a visually compelling representation of the professional networking application that effectively communicates its purpose, features, and use cases. The visual design should encapsulate the platform's professionalism, functionality, and user-centric approach.
Key Components:
Persona Illustrations: Create visually appealing depictions of the four main user personas—Technology provider, Individual skilled in the specific, customer using the technology, certified partners implementing the technology, and prospecs evaluating the technology. These illustrations should capture the essence of each persona's interactions with the platform.
Feature Visualizations: Develop visuals that showcase the core features of the application, including user profiles, search functionality, recommendation algorithms, communication tools, collaboration spaces, and more.
User Journeys: Craft user journey maps for each persona, illustrating step-by-step how users will navigate the application to achieve their goals. The journey maps should help users understand the flow and benefits of using the platform.
Scenario Storyboards: Create storyboard sequences that depict specific scenarios for each user persona. These visual narratives will demonstrate how the application fits into their daily tasks and interactions.
Visual Elements: Design icons, symbols, and interface elements that enhance navigation, communication, and interaction within the application.
Visual Style: Define a visual style that aligns with the platform's professional brand while also conveying the application's collaborative and engaging nature.
Accessibility and Responsiveness: Ensure that the visual design is accessible and responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
Deliverables:

Timeline:
We anticipate the project to be completed within two weeks. However, we are open to discussing the timeline based on your availability and expertise.
Our approach to the project: we would like to secure one to two hours reviewing the content behind this and your qualifications with similar projects. This will be followed by sharing with you all background materials
We anticipate the vizual presentation design effort to take approximately 20 hours.
