Visual Artist / Designer / Creative Director for Sleek, Futuristic Electronic Music Brand
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a visual artist or designer to help shape the long-term visual identity of my music project, Kwench — an electronic act blending hard-hitting trap and bass music with cinematic depth and sleek futurism.
This is not a one-off gig; I’m seeking someone with creative range and shared aesthetic vision to build a consistent visual identity over time.

About the Brand – Kwench
Sound: Punchy, gritty, melodic, euphoric. A blend of trap, dubstep, and future bass. Comparable to artists like RL Grime, What So Not, San Holo, and Alison Wonderland.
Mood: Sleek, futuristic, dark-but-refined. A balance of grit and polish. The brand is surreal and a little glitchy, but never messy or cartoonish.
Textures: Flowing, melting, dripping, or distorted materials — think molten chrome, liquid metal, and cracked glass. Avoid obvious “water” gimmicks or cartoon-style goo.
Color palette: Violets/purples, accented with refined pink/orange glows or light reflections. Trippy but sleek. Asymmetrical, not chaotic.
Tone: A little surreal, but intentional. Cinematic. No overly horror or metal music tropes. It should feel otherworldly, fluid, and distinctive.

Scope of Collaboration:
To start, I’d like to commission cover art (bonus for looping Spotify Canvas animation) for an upcoming single. If the collaboration goes well, I’m seeking an ongoing working relationship for:
Cover artwork for singles and future projects
Timeline/header graphics for Spotify, SoundCloud, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Spotify Canvas animations
Touch-up or subtle enhancement of existing logo/wordmark
Cohesive design support across upcoming campaigns
Potential future visualizer or short-form video assets

Preferred Skills and Tools:
Proficiency in 3D design tools (Blender, Octane, Cinema4D, etc.) is preferred
2D artists are welcome to apply if the tone and execution align — clean, sleek, and not cartoonish
Motion design experience for looping animations (Canvas) is a plus
Must have a strong sense of visual composition, contrast, and texture
Should be able to translate abstract creative direction into visually compelling concepts
