Visio Document Text Reformatting

I drafted a multi-page document directly inside Microsoft Visio and, while the diagrams are fine, the text layout now needs a proper makeover. All I need is for the words to read as cleanly as they would in Word, yet stay inside the Visio file—no conversion to Word or PDF.

Here’s what matters:
• Work only on the text areas: headings, paragraphs, bullet levels, spacing, alignment, and any page-level styles that improve readability.
• Keep every diagram exactly where it is so nothing shifts or breaks.
• Apply a custom format rather than a canned “business report” or “technical manual” template; I’ll share sample pages so you can match the look I have in mind.

Deliverable: the updated .vsdx file, ready for me to keep editing inside Visio.
