Virtual Marketing Assistants (Graphic Design & AI-Driven Content Creation)
We are looking for 3-5 Virtual Marketing Assistants to support our multifaceted businesses and projects in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This role is ideal for creative professionals with strong graphic design skills who are also proficient in the latest AI tools for marketing and content creation. Candidates must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and available to work in Mountain Standard Time (MST).
Position Details:
Rate: $6 CAD per hour
Type: Part-time, Remote
Hours: Flexible but must align with MST business hours
Location Preference: Open to international candidates, but must be available during MST
Tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, MidJourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, and other AI-driven design & content tools
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create high-quality, engaging visuals for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
AI-Enhanced Content Creation: Use AI-powered tools to generate and refine designs, written content, and video edits
Branding & Marketing Support: Assist in branding efforts, social media management, and advertising materials
Project-Based Work: Adapt to different businesses and projects with unique marketing needs
Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure all designs and content align with brand standards and latest design trends
Communication & Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and maintain honest work ethics
Requirements:
Strong graphic design skills (portfolio required)
Experience with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.)
Ability to work independently while maintaining honesty and accountability
Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
Stable internet connection and access to necessary software
Availability during MST working hours
