Vinyl Stickers Display and Placement

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer who can help me create 36 vinyl stickers of logos and wordmarks. These will be used for display marketing purposes on the back of cars and laptops.
Key requirements:
- The sizes will vary between 2" to 8".
- The stickers need to be designed in a way that they are eye-catching, yet not overwhelming, considering the size range.
