Vintage or retro-Style 2024 Gym CrossFit T-Shirt

Seeking a talented designer with an eye for vintage aesthetics to create the T-shirt design for our 2024 CrossFit Open.
The design should incorporate the following elements:
- Our gym's logo
- A representation of CrossFit equipment
- A creative representation of the number 2024
- Barbells in the design
The color scheme should focus on earthy tones like brown and green. Would also be interested in bright and vibrant colors. An understanding of the CrossFit culture is a plus, as is experience in textile design. The final design should be both aesthetically pleasing and resonant with our gym's identity and spirit. We are very military, and first responder based in our culture.
