Vintage YouTube Channel Design

I'm launching a YouTube channel focused on generational wisdom relevant to today's world. I'm in need of a vintage and nostalgic inspired banner, and an overall visual theme for the channel that is warm and comfortable. The design should primarily use earth tones (browns, tans, greens), creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Key Design Elements:
- The banner should prominently display the channel name and tagline. "Echoes of Wisdom, To Inspire Modern Lives" The use of a grandfatherly person (similar to the one pictured below) talking with younger people imparting his wisdom, or possibly a warm rural setting is what I am looking for.
