Vintage UCLA-Themed Apparel Design

I'm seeking a designer to create appealing designs for a polo shirt, t-shirt and hoodie for The Bruin Sig Foundation, UCLA Sigma Chi. The designs should be inspired by Westwood, CA, beach and UCLA themes, capturing a "cool" vintage/retro style that would attract alumni aged 30 to 70.
Specific Requirements:
- Design elements should prominently feature UCLA logos and colors, as well as beach and surf themes.
- Designs should embody a Vintage/Retro style, appealing to the target age group.
- Use of the Blue and Gold color scheme, synonymous with UCLA, is essential.
