Vintage Rap T-Shirt Designs

Hello, I am looking for a graphic designer that can take a concept and bring it to life. Refer to all the example images below of similar projects our designers are working on. We need 2-3 designs completed a week. Each design has a budget of $100 each design. We are looking for the vintage look, on these newly made shirts.
