Vintage Junk Journal Style designer

I am looking for a long-term Graphic Designer. Need design every month.

Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is REQUIRED
Written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
The design is a vintage scrapbooking style, Junk Journal for packaging and graphics.
watercolor is a plus
