Vintage Graphic Enhancement

I need someone to edit 3 graphics to make them look nicer. Each requires very minor work just a better design. Here is an example of one. I will supply the JPG of the graphic as well as a JPG of a version with no markings on it, in case you want to create your own.

Requirements:
- Vintage and classic design style
- Enhanced imagery quality

Time-sensitive: Need this done in the next 3 hours.
