Video overlay of image for use as website banner
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We have selected an image for use as a banner on a new website page but we want it to have some visual interest by creating some movement.
We thought the best way to do this would be to create a brief video overlay.
The image is attached. A screenshot of the image in position on the proposed website page is also attached.
The video overlay should not be too overbearing as it has text layered on top of it.
The movement should also reflect the shape of the spectrum waves.
It should also be code light suitable for use on a website.
