MP4 Video Editing for HubSpot

I'm looking for an experienced video editor to edit two short MP4 videos.

Requirements:
- Edit according to a provided shot list with time code cues
- Add 2 title slides (text with brand-related background image)
- Include a lower third (text with logo)
- Export a file compatible with HubSpot
