Vibrant Vintage Western T-shirt Design

Hello,
I have attached an old photo that I would like designed for t-shirts I will be having made.
I understand the photo isn’t the best but would like to make the design as close as able, but with color.
I have also attached some photos of my vision/ideas for this, so you have an idea of what I am looking for.

Definitely want to keep the flag in the background and chutes as well as some arena dirt. Some people in the background, but don’t have to do all.
I do want to keep the horse and rider as close to photo as possible.
I need an original vintage-styled t-shirt design inspired by Western motifs. Incorporating elements such as Western landscapes and cowboys, your design should ideally burst with bold and vibrant colors to stand apart.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Western Rodeo Cowboy designs
- Expertise in vintage design aesthetic
- Proficiency in graphic design tools
- Familiarity with Western motifs and themes
- Experience designing for t-shirts (knowledge on sizes, placements, etc.)
- A knack for choosing bold color palettes
You should be able to use these motifs to create a fusion of old-world charm with contemporary design elements, resulting in a visually appealing and distinct t-shirt design. Please provide samples of your previous work, especially any involving vintage styles and/or Western themes.
