Vibrant Real Estate Postcard Creation

I am looking for a skillful designer who can create a vibrant and playful postcard to advertise my real estate services. The postcard should incorporate the following:
- Company logo
- Contact information
- High-quality images of real estate properties
- Photos
- QR codes
The ideal freelancer for this project will have previous experience in graphic design with a keen eye for playful and engaging aesthetics. Experience in real estate advertising is a plus. Not only should the postcard be attractive, but it must effectively communicate the services that we provide, encourage potential clients to contact us, and be versatile enough to stand out visually in a variety of settings.
Freelancer MUST include some examples of what they have done in the past. This product is a SMALLER FORMAT as it is on a shared card.The ideal freelancer will have worked on smaller designs for real estate. My spot is 4"x 8.5" in a vertical orientation.
