Vibrant App Header Design

I need a designer to create the top section of my app's home screen.

Requirements:
- Unique, bold and vibrant design
- Incorporate my logo
- Soft animated background using Lottie or vector style (e.g., motion elements)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
