Very simple label update

I have a very simple, text label with a list of ingredients. The ingredients have changed I do not have the original source files for the label so we need to recreate it exactly from scratch. Label is roughly 1.5 by 3 (fits on a 2 oz bottle), and there are approximately 25 ingredients (scientific terms) listed.

This is not a "design" job in the sense that I am not looking for label redesign. It needs to be an exact replication of the label that I already have, just a few different ingredients.
