Very simple graphic edits

Wanting the graphics below edited so that there is an arrow at the bottom right corner (as per the example I have uploaded). Edited graphics need to be identical in size, name, format etc but with the addition of the arrow. I want to drop in and replace the old graphics with new ready to go ones.
