Very Simple Editable Offer Template using MS Word

I'm creating a Word based template which will serve a c offer sheet for my company in my sales of high voltage power transsmission equipment.
I'm copy in an offer from a Partner company called Mars Transformers while incorporating elements from one of my marketing sheets.
Including a copy of my partners quote called "Titan Energy Assets SF-6 Gas Breaker Proposal (BM230123-03).pdf"
Including a copy of my marketing flyer called "TEA-PowerDecom" to incorporoate part of it into my quote sheet.
We'll be using The Mars Breaker Proposal as the general template.
CHANGES:
Page 1:
Change logo on top left to my TEA Logo as found on my marketing flyer(TEA-PowerDecom.pdf"
Change the water stain to match something like my logo not his.
Keep text as it is up top. I will change as needed.
Change the footer to match mine on my flyer but perhaps smaller.
Page 2:
Match Header/Footer from Page 1.
Keep text the same. I will change as needed.
Page 3:
Match Header/Footer from Page 1.
Keep text the same. I will change as needed.
Page 4:
Match Header/Footer from Page 1.
Keep text the same. I will change as needed.
Page 5:
Match Header/Footer from Page 1.
