Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Provide accurate translation and proofreading (English / Hindi).

Data Entry & Admin: * Handle precise data entry, copy typing, spreadsheet management, and document formatting.
Customer Support & Chat: * Support live chat operations, email tickets, and basic customer service calls.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and Hindi).
Proficiency with Canva, MS Office/Google Workspace, and speed typing.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple task types.
