Vectorize, remove background and change one letter of logos

I need two logos vectorized and without background. I also need the logo with ''MACONNERIE'' written as ''MAÇONNERIE'' instead. So i need the C to be replaced with a Ç. The two logos are the two files provided. They are provided as pdfs and i need them as pdf and svgs and ai files
