Should I send this one instead and get him to do all three or is it more cost-effective to do the other picture just the one main one and then somehow get the other Renditions for the front of t-shirts and other stuff

We've already chose the logo we were trying to find someone to turn it into a vector the person that we talked to yesterday I said that I think he focuses in cartoon after looking at his profile and he said the same thing when he replied to me it's too much realism so we need to find a new person that can turn it into a vector give us all of those options we wanted including a copy that can go on all different kinds of merchandise different color Shirts Mugs be lasered on to stuff and everything else we were trying to find somebody to do this for under $100 or close to it we wanted to Vector of my original with only a few changes specifically so that it was ready for merchandise we didn't want to actually change the image that much just make it sharper
