Vectorize 2 Logos

I need two logos converted to vector format.

- finals should be in eps and ai
- finals need to be actual vector output.
- If possible, find the font and use fonts in the logo, instead of outlined text
- One logo has artwork, the other is font only.
- timeline is 4-5 days

logo 1 - Countryside Charm
- final should be 39" x 39"
- Need to vectorize artwork and add text in matching font
- This one will be more difficult since artwork will need to be redone

logo 2 - First American
- final should be 39" x 39"
- Artwork (the eagle) is already done and vector version is in attached file.
- Just add the font/text to the existing vector version
- This should be easier since it is text only
