Vector Design for Punjabi Tracing Board

We are creating a double-sided wooden educational toy – a tracing board featuring Punjabi alphabet characters (Gurmukhi script) and numerals for children. We have a draft PDF outlining the desired layout and content.
We need a skilled graphic designer to create professional, manufacturing-ready vector files in Adobe Illustrator (AI) format based on our draft. The final files will be sent to a manufacturer for laser engraving onto the wooden boards. Accuracy and adherence to technical specifications are crucial.
Scope of Work:
Review the provided PDF draft which shows the board dimensions, character layout for both sides, and margins.
Recreate the design accurately in Adobe Illustrator.
Ensure all characters match the style shown in the PDF.
Create clean vector paths suitable for laser engraving (clear lines for tracing).
Organize the file logically (e.g., separate layers or artboards for Front Side, Back Side, and Board Outline).
Ensure the final file meets all technical specifications listed below.
Deliverables:
One final Adobe Illustrator (.AI) file containing the complete design:
Board outline matching the specified dimensions (12 x 8 inches).
Front side engraving layout.
Back side engraving layout.
All elements must be in vector format.
Crucially: All text/characters must be converted to outlines (shapes).
