Various community sketch designs - II
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This is the second project concept design I am looking for. The tinytown-sample.jpg shows the style of the finished project. The tiny-concepts.jpg shows some home designs. The elliot-lake-concept-v2.png shows a simple concept of the project. The community-center.jpg shows an example of the design to replace the larger red building in the elliot-lake image. The tiny-town-sietmap-12-acres.jpg shows a design that is closer to what I would like, but I still feel the main road should be at the outer edge of the community.
Feel free to design the project to include more units around the perimeter of the property, and move the road around the outer-edge as well. The center should include the community center. Parking should be centralized near the municipal road. The thinner roads are walking/riding paths within the community. The center of the community can include greenhouse(s), flower/vegetable gardens, gazebo(s), firepits, etc.
