Vacuum Pouch Design + Brand Name + Logo

We are manufacturers of Tofu (Vegan Paneer/Cheese).
We have worked hard to improve the quality of the product over the past 1 year. Now we want to launch this product in the market under a new Brand name and new Packaging.
The project consists of 3 parts -
1. Create a new Brand Name for the product - domain name in (.in) to be available and the name should be patentable.
2. Create a logo for the Brand.
3. Create two design of Packaging in 2 different Sizes.

Sizes required - 170mm x 480mm and 140mm x 370mm (one size sample attached)
Packaging type - Vacuum Pouch which will be sealed on 3 sides.
Size on complete packaging - 170mm x 240mm and 140mm x 185mm

Packaging Design Brief -
We wish to get the packaging developed through Rotogravure printing to reduce the cost per pouch. The design should therefore not only be elegant but also cost effective not requiring least numbers of cylinders to be invested in.
