Utility design toolboxes for sketching

I need the toolbox designed for putting utility appurtenances and utility lines on top of google earth images. I need one toolbox designated for every utility and every line and utility listed in the box. for example, water, gas, telecommunication, sewer, etc., In every section I need whatever associates with that utility, water valves, fire hydrants, cable peds, etc.
