User Experience Enhancement Project
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My priority for this assignment is simple: elevate the overall user experience of an existing digital product. While I haven’t pinned the work strictly to a website or a native app, the objective remains the same—identify friction points, propose clear design improvements, and help me turn everyday interactions into moments of intuitive ease for my customers.
Here’s how I picture the engagement:
• Discovery & audit – you’ll step through the current flow, flag confusing steps, slow screens, or visual inconsistencies, and back your findings with quick screenshots or screen-recordings.
• Recommendations – translate those insights into concise UX fixes or fresh UI concepts, outlining why each change matters to the end-user.
• Visual deliverables – low- or high-fidelity wireframes/mock-ups that bring the improved journey to life, ready for handoff to development.
Feel free to draw on Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or any other modern UX toolkit you favour; I’m platform-agnostic so long as the outcome is crystal clear and easy to pass along. If you have a proven track record in usability testing, micro-interaction design, or conversion-oriented UX, that’s an added plus.
