Urgent Romanian PowerPoint Cleanup

I have a PowerPoint deck in Romanian that must be polished immediately for a credit-committee presentation at a bank. You will work directly in the existing .pptx file, replacing rough, pasted-in graphs with neat, consistent chart styles, fixing colour clashes, and making sure every title, bullet and label reads naturally in Romanian.
