Urgent Project to be completed to high level!
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need someone urgently with a key level of design, and most importantly someone who has good grammar and copy-type skills, as there is quite a bit of retyping needed. Design-wise we are not reinventing the wheel, just following the client's strict brand guidelines, which should make things easier. Im a designer and run my own design business, but we, unfortunately, do no have the capacity to fit this in. We have just been let down massively by another designer who didn't follow any key instruction. WHich meand we have missed today's deadline, so ideally need this back by Monday 12th. I need someone based in the UK, who is reliable with a key eye for detail and following brand guides.
DOCUMENT 1 - (MHWP Intervention Training Manual - GSH-ED - Final)
- Redesign word doc into clients branding (Brand guidelines provided- to follow style of pages from the full guide) - approx 40pages total
- Retype jpeg content provided within the word doc (approx 35 pages- to form the design) - they have supplied a mix of tables and text docs. Some images are ref from the online documentation, so the case may be that we can find the source and copy and paste rather than retyping.
- Redesign any use of clip art into suitable branded iconography (guidelines provided https://digital.nhs.uk/icon-library)
- Supply document both as PDF and Word doc
- All files need to pass accessibility checks!!
- The word doc must be as per the design file, so it will need to be checked carefully to ensure there are no displacement issues or grammar errors.
- Package design files, so we have hard copies, along with images neatly packed up into one folder
DOCUMENT 2 (Booklet for GSH-ED trainees - Final)

The 2 documents created above are being used to make part of a larger document. This document has already been designed and supplied to us in both PDF and word files. The document has been split up into sections, and each section needs to be proof read and checked to make sure the word documents, are consistent to the PDFs with no errors or displacement issues. If any errors then they would need to be amended. The main reason for the word documents, is they need to be uploaded to be used for accessibility reasons, so hopefully there are some tests you can run to make sure they all fit criteria.
