Urgent Leaflet design needed. Design already done

I need an urgent leaflet to be designed. I already have the front designed, I just need the reverse side to be designed.

I need this re-designed to A5 portrait size.
On the reverse, it should contain a similar design theme as the front (i.e. same colour background), but the reverse side content should be:
