Urgent Abstract T-Shirt Artwork

I need the attached illustration redrawn from scratch and back on my desk by tomorrow, midday. It will be printed on a T-shirt, so I’m looking for a crisp, press-ready file at 300 dpi. The original was hand-crafted; unfortunately, the vector source is lost, so this job is about recreating it—not tracing or running it through a quick generator.

Please keep the piece unmistakably abstract and push a bright, vibrant palette right across the whole composition. The background details are important to preserve the feel of the original; otherwise, you have freedom to reinterpret lines, shapes and textures so long as the finished work looks intentional rather than machine-made.

Deliverables (all due tomorrow before midday):
• Adobe Illustrator .ai (preferred) or equivalent vector file, scaled to final print size at 300 dpi
• A flattened, print-ready PNG or TIFF for immediate production
• Any supporting fonts or linked assets embedded or outlined
