Upwrk Proposal Bidding Virtual Assistant
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I'm looking for a VA who can write custom proposals based on a template/framework for projects on Upwrk and also potentially close deals.
We are growing our Logo Design and Brand Identity Design Service Offering and we have capacity to handle 3-5 more projects per month.
Qualities Required in VA:
- Knows Upwrk platform and how bidding works on Upwrk
- Knows enough about Branding and Logo Design and importance of branding to be able to write custom proposals on Upwrk
- Good Communication skills
- Available for co-working i.e. work together on video call with screen sharing (and screen recording) in the initial time so I can train the VA on how ti think and how to qualify potential project
- Good Sales Skills is a Plus
- Good Presentation Skills is a Plus
I'm expecting to pay someone around 150-200 INR per hour or more if you have experience or you don't need any training.
I haven't thought about commissions yet, but if you're interested in making more money and you can even close the deals, we can talk about commission rates.
This will require 40-60 hours per month.
