Uplift Seminar flyer

Hello, I am putting on a seminar for local homeowners. We have partnered with the city of Seattle to help local homeowners develop their properties, so that they can afford to still own them. Our goal is to help them develop their properties by building townhomes, attached dwelling units, or detached dwelling units so that they can create some additional sources of income. Our seminar is to introduce them to our program to see if they would like to partner up with us and for us to connect them to contractors, architects, designers and real estate professionals to help. I have attached our trifold that explains our mission a little bit better but we need some help with our flyer examples. I don't think they clearly state what we are doing in a short brief manner.
