Updated/Upgrade Logos

I have the logos. I am looking for a skilled designer to update and upgrade our company logo. The main purpose of this project is to make a few small word changes and enhance the logo's visual appeal. These will be used for website and other formats.

I need it in at least 3 formats each: PNG/JPEG/GIF
