Update a fundraising flyer nad tracking billboard for the local elementary school

I am a working mom in advertising at Amazon who seemingly takes on more than I can chew with volunteering and fundraising :) This year I am leading the fundraising for our local elementary school Mar Vista Elementary. I would like to overhaul the flyer that is send to all parents of the school that educates parents on where their donation goes (i.e. music class, computer class, PE) all things that are NOT provided by LA unified. With the hope that they will be more inclined to give. The old flyer just feels old and hoping to work with someone who can help me breath new life into a V.2. Project needs to be complete by August 7th.
