Update my exisitng Company Logo

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer to update my company logo with some minor tweaks. Specifically, I would like to update the icon/graphic to be more minimalistic in style. I am open to suggestions for color scheme and font, but I would like the overall design to remain consistent with our brand identity. Ideal candidates should have experience in logo design, with a strong understanding of minimalist design principles. The project will require the ability to communicate effectively with me to ensure that the design meets my expectations.

Required Tasks:
Update the Logo (Same Logo) with minor changes (Add the symbol to the Circle)
Create a Construction Fence Banner
Create 1 x Business Card for Zagros Homes / Engineers Team

Need a native files as well
