Update User Manual for an App

I would like to create a nice and clean editable user manual for my application in .pdf. The application is called Seelfa and is available on the playstore on the link below:

Luckily, the app is based on another with a very good manual that is already online and can be accessed on the link below:

Accordingly I would like to produce the user manual by doing the following:
1. Copy / Paste the instructions for the features #1, #2, #3, #4, #6, #7, #11
2. Verify that the instructions are the same for our application Seelfa that you will download from the appstore
3. Create the screenshots from Seelfa to replace the instructions provided in the Khatabook link.
4. Make the layout look great
Note: The currency of the app will be in the currency of the phone number you try to log in with. For step (3) please make sure to make the currency can be edited (e.g., make it a text box)
