Update Design for existed app & Web

Please I have Website & Application, Need new UI Design ( Front End ) , please write down which program you will use to re-design it, same idea & same bottoms, but need change color and taps also some beauty action on the app , Need to complete it by maximum 10 days after approval on bid, please , No Coding is Requested .
